Tiffany Falls in Winter

One of my all-time favorite winter activities is our annual pilgrimage to Tiffiny Falls Conservation Area to see the ice formed on the rock. I love this spot because as you stand on the ice in the basin below looking up at the stillness of the jagged ice, you can still hear the faint echo of the water behind the formation running over the edge. The cold air feels crisp on your face, yet it is quiet, calm, and peaceful. At that moment every year, you just take it all in and I am always happy to experience it.
