Armorial Book

Soon I will be able to share details on this book! It has been a true labor of love to develop the content and work with a number of heraldic artists to come up with just the right images. More will be coming out about this project in late summer 2020.

Bookplate Collection

Heraldic Bookplates are unique and fascinating to collect. Through the artistry, they paint a picture of who the owner is, and what they wanted to showcase to the world about their life. I have been fortunate to know a few bookplate artists and am delighted to share with you some of my collection.

Letter Writing, Stationary &
Christmas Cards

You did not just read that wrong… good stationery, and the proper form of letter writing very well might be one of my most obsessive hobbies. I decided to devote a whole page to this obsession I have with stationery, letter writing, and the tips and tricks to sending a one-of-a-kind letter fit for a King.

In 2013 I took over as the chief editor of Hogtown Heraldry, a quarterly publication that has been distributed by the Toronto Branch of the society since 1997. What started out as a small newsletter, has grown to a professional magazine-style publication that is read around the world. If you are interested in seeing how it has developed over the years or reading some back issues, check https://toronto.heraldry.ca/hogtown.html

The Heraldic Studies Day is a project I have spearheaded annually since 2015. Normally conducted as a full day in-person event at Trinity College (University of Toronto). In both 2020 & 2021, we took a different approach in its delivery due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was hosted fully virtual.
