There is something nostalgic about the crackling of the logs, and the smell of wood-burning filling the rooms of a house when you light a fireplace. It brings friends together in the living space to not only keep warm but enjoy games, laughter, and of course some drinks. It’s really is the postcards image of what winter in Canada is all about.  The “Gang” is well known for going with the flow and although not aboard the Celebrity Apex in the Caribbean. A pandemic alternative was a few well need days of rest and relaxation at Foxglove just outside of Allison, Ontario.  The perfect mix of history (Built-in 1840), with the modern comforts of modern life (hot tub / industrial kitchen), we were able to enjoy life and just hang out life vacations are meant to be.
